It seems I always need money. Fortunately, I read in my college newspaper the advertisement for a local FunFacts News Dealership.

I am a business major, so I jumped on it. This is a perfect business for me. I quickly got my buddies to help me and we all made some serious money.

Here’s how we started my FunFacts News business. First, we divided the work up. Barbara took the FunFacts News advertising job since she is a journalism major.

Jordan took the website design sales because he knows computers. I took both the advertising and the website design sales because I know everything.

We flooded the local business area with our marketing brochures that they designed for us. I also got some of my college buddies to pass out flyers to the businesses all over town. Barbara spent a lot of time passing out the brochures for the free full page advertising.

The FunFacts News people designed our flyers and brochures just the way I wanted them. That, along with the free advertising that we give away provided everything we needed.

Barbara got a lot of orders for the free advertising. Plus, she also got a lot of orders for advertising in our FunFacts News. I think it really was the free internet advertising that got the orders for her. 

Jordan concentrated on selling the website design service to the same businesses that Barbara offered free advertising. That’s because they already knew us from the free advertising.

It’s a great system. Give away some free advertising - and BAM, hit them with some great prices on special website designs that also promotes their business with plenty of internet advertising.

We’re all over the place. Their business can advertise in my FunFacts News that is distributed all over town. They get a free full page advertisement on the internet.

And, they get a low cost website design that also includes advertising and promotion of their business for 12 months. They like us. And we help their business.

Just to make sure of things, I stop by their business at least once a month to see if they need revisions to their advertisements.

It’s a lot of fun. Imagine, I am still in college and I already own a successful business.
